Oh Hi there baby Lexa!! Lexa had a scary run in with Meningitis at 6 weeks old. It was very scary for us all, but she is one strong baby girl and is doing wonderful now!!
Last year Landon was even taking the class spelling tests, THIS YEAR though he is taking them all and even attempting the "optional" words!!
Hi there baby Mila!! I ran into her and his Grammy and Mommy at the Outlets! Best surprise ever!
Yard work!
I have used these toys over and over again with many of my special kiddos with ASD. One thing that I teach some of the kids I work with is How to play. Many of my clients lack functional play skills. Because of what I do for my job, I am aware of milestones that children should be meeting. In return, I appreciate every little thing my own sons, nephew and nieces do naturally more than maybe some other parents might.. Even though Colin's tantrums make me want to punch myself in the face, I know that this will pass, as will his hitting, throwing and screaming !! ;) Right now Colin is learning pronouns, prepositions, and play skills all on his own, in his own way at his own time and it makes me the happiest and proudest Mommy! Play on my little one!
